Shipping: Orders ship 1–3 business days via USPS Priority or UPS and include tracking and insurance. Live shipping rates are shown at checkout. We include ice packs on most tallow shipments. During hotter months, ice packs may not prevent melting; Customers may still request shipment during warm weather, acknowledging that products may soften or melt in transit despite ice packs. If softening occurs, the product may firm at room temperature and can be re-whipped or stirred upon arrival. This is a texture and appearance change only and does not affect product quality or safety.
Returns: Merchandise items (non-tallow) may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Tallow Products: All tallow product sales are final. Returns or exchanges are accepted only if an incorrect item was sent due to our error. Claims must be reported within 3 days of delivery or purchase. Shipping damage is the responsibility of the carrier and must be handled through the carrier's insurance using the tracking provided. 
Payments & Tax: Major cards/PayPal (as shown at checkout); sales tax where required; USD.
