Shipping: 1–3 biz days via USPS Priority/UPS with tracking/insurance; live rates at checkout. We include ice packs on most tallow shipments. During hotter months, ice packs may not prevent melting; we’ll still ship on request—product may need to firm at room temp and be re-whipped/stirred on arrival (cosmetic only).
Returns: Merchandise (non-tallow) returnable within 7 days, unused/original; customer pays return shipping.

Tallow: no mail-in returns; unopened in-person purchases may be exchanged at the farm; heat/improper storage not covered. Damaged/incorrect: email photos within 7 days.
Payments & Tax: Major cards/PayPal (as shown at checkout); sales tax where required; USD.
Subscribe & Save: Edit/skip/cancel anytime before renewal.
