There is so much is happening at 5T Farm this Fall! From new fall products and Pumpkin Palooza to photography, our Farm News blog, Barn Store Saturdays and new ways to enjoy the farm, here’s what’s happening at 5T Farm.
🍯 NEW FOR FALL: OATMEAL MILK & HONEY
Our fall lineup is here!
Our new Oatmeal Milk & Honey is available in both lotion and soap. Our lotion is made with our rendered tallow and apricot kernel oil for the rich, simple skincare you’ve come to expect from 5T Farm.
As always, our products are made in small batches right here at the farm, so seasonal products are available in limited quantities.
☕ NEW! REAL COFFEE EXFOLIATING SOAP
We’re also introducing our new Coffee Scrub Soap, made with real coffee grounds for natural exfoliation.
It’s available in both scented and unscented, so even those who prefer to skip added scent can enjoy our new coffee scrub.
🎃 PUMPKIN PALOOZA — OCTOBER 31
We’re putting together an old-fashioned fall day at the farm!
Pumpkin Palooza is intentionally being kept small and family-friendly, with only 50 tickets available for each session — and children count toward that total.
We want families to have room to slow down, enjoy the farm, visit the animals, play some games, take pictures and spend time together without the crowds of a huge festival.
Session 1: 9:30–11:30 AM Session 2: 12:30–2:30 PM
Your visit will include time around the farm and a chance for some special hands-on time with our micro-mini Highland, MATO!
We’ll have yard games that everyone can enjoy at their own pace, along with fall activities including pumpkin bowling and pumpkin painting for the kids.
And, of course, the 5T Farm Store will be open so you can shop our Simply Made tallow products and Highland cow merchandise while you’re here.
🍎 TREATS, PHOTOS & VENDORS
We’re putting together a great little lineup of local vendors for Pumpkin Palooza!
Joining us will be:
• Kaleidoscope Gourmet Cotton Candy — gourmet cotton candy • Sherry’s Country Crafts and Lemonades — flavored lemonades and more • Five-OH Bakery — caramel apples, desserts and fall treats • Wildframe Photography — offering professional micro-mini fall photo sessions at our vintage red truck
We’re still looking for the perfect coffee vendor and popcorn vendor to round out the day. If you know a great local vendor who might be interested, please send them our information!
And because Facebook has temporarily limited our ability to share Pumpkin Palooza into groups, we could really use your help spreading the word! If you see our Pumpkin Palooza posts or event, please give them a share. ❤️
📸 FALL PHOTOS AT THE RED TRUCK
Our vintage 1952 red International Harvester farm truck will be dressed up with pumpkins and fall décor for Pumpkin Palooza!
You’re welcome to take your own photos with your phone, and we’ll even help snap a family picture for you at no additional charge.
Want something a little more special? Wildframe Photography will be offering professional micro-mini photo sessions at our fall truck setup.
Houston-area family lifestyle content creator Adriana Trujillo of The Berry Fab will also be joining us with her family during our first Pumpkin Palooza session!

Our Preferred Photographers are now booking their fall and holiday sessions at 5T Farm, along with private photography sessions for special occasions throughout the year.
If you’d like professional photos taken at the farm, you can book directly with one of our Preferred Photographers and choose from the sessions they are offering here.
Already have a professional photographer you love? They’re welcome too! Have your photographer contact us to arrange a session at 5T Farm.
Depending on the session, photos can incorporate different areas of the farm, our barn, pastures, vintage red truck and, with select sessions, our Highland cattle.
Whether you’re looking for fall family photos, Christmas pictures, engagements, maternity, birthdays, senior pictures or simply want to capture a special memory, there are several ways to do it at 5T Farm.
📱 WANT TO TAKE YOUR OWN PHOTOS?
You don’t have to hire a professional photographer to capture memories at the farm!
We also offer DIY Photography Sessions for families and individuals who want to bring their own camera or phone and take their own pictures.
DIY sessions do not include one-on-one posed interaction with our Highland cattle, but the cattle can be incorporated naturally into the background of your pictures. You can also use different areas around the farm to create your own photos.

About once a month, we open our little farm store for Barn Store Saturday from 10 AM–2 PM.
It gives you a chance to come out, shop at your own pace, see what’s new and see, smell and try our tallow products in person before deciding which ones are right for you.

What started as a converted feed room has become a pretty tight squeeze! We’re working toward a new 5T Farm Storeand are hoping to have it ready in the spring. We’ll keep you updated as those plans come together.
