Keep refrigerated until ready to feed. Feed ratio of 1:1:1 (by weight), starter, water, and all purpose flour. ( We only use organic.) Discard and feed every 12 hours. Save your discard in the refrigerator in glass jars. Use for “discard recipes“, or share with others!
