    Returns: Merchandise (non-tallow) returnable within 7 days, unused/original; customer pays return shipping.

    Tallow: no mail-in returns; unopened in-person purchases may be exchanged at the farm; heat/improper storage not covered. Damaged/incorrect: email photos within 7 days.
